Gotchas

Current gotchas or caveats that show up with regards to running K3s successfully.

1. Rebooting the k3s hosts will occasionally require double reboots to function properly. Longhorn volumes/pods get stuck and need a second reboot to cleanly restore them.
2. Caddy->Traefik calls consistently go to :80 rather than :443 when connecting to the GatewayAPI. This is over Tailscale so I am not concerned with traffic encryption but it is still odd.
