Tailnet

Currently the entire tailnet is being run under a single user account. If I end up adding friends or family to the network I will start leveraging ACLs and then give scoped permissions based on that. In addition to the machines listed under Hardware my laptop and cellphone are also added to ensure connectivity even when remote.
